The "Nicole" apartment is located in Ludwigshafen on Lake Constance and offers a wonderful view of the lake right from the house. Built in 1952, the house was carefully renovated to preserve its original character, with wooden doors and floors maintained. Due to the building style, the house is somewhat sound-permeable and the floor may creak at times. The 60 m² accommodation on the first floor includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a small shower room with toilet, accommodating up to 3 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dishwasher, and a TV. Please note the apartment is not barrier-free and is not suitable for children, infants, or guests with reduced mobility. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed. The apartment features a private balcony. Shops are about 300 m away, and Lake Constance with its public beach is 500 m away. Public transport is within walking distance. A parking space is available on the property. Pets are not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited, including on the balcony. Next to the carport, there is a covered and lockable bicycle storage room. E-bikes can be charged in the apartment or outside using a cable.
